Recognizes Tucker's career record of 309 wins, 126 losses, and 3 ties, with 284 wins in the Alabama High School Athletic Association, making him the state's all-time winningest prep football coach as of the 2010 season.

Notes Tucker was named Class 2A Coach of the Year at Gordo in 1980 after a 13-0 state championship, 5A Coach of the Year in 1989, 4A Coach of the Year in 1996, and inducted into the Alabama High School Sports Hall of Fame in 2011.

States Tucker graduated from Livingston University (University of West Alabama) and was inducted into the UWA Sports Hall of Fame in 1988, with UWA recognizing his 303rd coaching victory during the 2010 season.
