Mourns the deaths of Mr. William "Bill" Thomas Lipscomb and Mrs. Linda Sue Lipscomb of Wellington, Alabama, who died on Thursday, April 28, 2011.

Mr. Lipscomb was retired from Gulf States Steel, employed by Alexandria Elementary School, an avid fisherman and woodworker, and a member of Dwight Masonic Lodge 550.

Mrs. Lipscomb enjoyed decorating and spending time on the beach with family and attended First Baptist Church of Williams with her husband.

The couple celebrated 45 years of marriage and are survived by three sons (Craig, Chad, and Chris), seven grandchildren, a mother (Gladys Lipscomb), and four siblings.

The House of Representatives extends deepest sympathies to the Lipscomb family and directs a copy of this resolution be sent to them.
