Mourns the deaths of Mr. William "Bill" Thomas Lipscomb and Mrs. Linda Sue Lipscomb of Wellington, Alabama, who died on Thursday, April 28, 2011.

Recognizes Mr. Lipscomb's 45 years of marriage, retirement from Gulf States Steel, employment at Alexandria Elementary School, membership in Dwight Masonic Lodge 550, and hobbies including fishing and woodworking.

Recognizes Mrs. Lipscomb's enjoyment of decorating, spending time on the beach, and attending First Baptist Church of Williams with her family.

Extends deepest sympathies to surviving family members including three sons (Craig, Chad, and Chris), seven grandchildren, mother Gladys Lipscomb, and siblings JP Lipscomb, Wayne Lipscomb, Betty McGowan, and Libby Self.
