House of Representatives expresses deep sadness regarding the death of Celeste Beard Seltzer, a native of Mobile, Alabama.

Mrs. Seltzer was a graduate of Central High School Class of 1963 and a faithful member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church under Rev. Walter Vasser, Sr.

Resolution acknowledges Mrs. Seltzer's demonstrated faithfulness, kindness toward others, and passion for educating young children.

Mrs. Seltzer is survived by her children, Lynn Seltzer-Wills and Steve Seltzer, Jr.

Legislature extends heartfelt sympathy to the family and friends of Celeste Beard Seltzer.
