House of Representatives expresses condolences on the death of Mrs. Jerry Davis Chambers, who died at age 78.

Mrs. Chambers was a registered nurse employed by Holy Name of Jesus Hospital and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and First Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Willard Chambers; four children; 16 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and her sister.

The legislature records the death with deep sadness and offers this resolution as tribute to her life and heartfelt sympathy to her family.
