Establishes a Consent Calendar for bills to be considered on the 30th legislative day of the session, or on a subsequent day if not reached in regular order of business.

Members have until adjournment on the 29th legislative day to file objections to any bill listed on the Consent Calendar.

Bills considered on the Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over to another legislative day.

Includes SB22 (sponsored by Senator Brewbaker and Representative Wren) regarding municipal ordinances and fines, amending Section 11-45-9 and repealing Section 13A-5-12.1.

Includes SB49 (sponsored by Senator Scofield and Representative Long) regarding game and fish regulations to exclude yellow perch raised in farm ponds from sale prohibitions, amending Section 9-11-84.
