Commends Andrelle Stacy, a Bibb County High School graduate, for receiving the 2010 Employee of the Year Award from the West Alabama Governor's Committee and the Alabama Department of Vocational Services.

Recognizes that Stacy obtained 270 hours of paid employment with the City of Brent during the 2009-2010 school year, fulfilling a requirement for the Alabama Occupational Diploma (AOD).
