Commends Jeff Liu of Indian Springs School for being named co-champion of the 2011 National High School Tournament of Champions.

The National Tournament of Champions is held annually at the University of Kentucky on the first weekend in May and is considered the most prestigious high school debate tournament on the national circuit.

The Tournament of Champions has been held since 1972 and features the top-ranked debaters who compete in policy debate, Lincoln-Douglas debate, public forum debate, and Student Congress.

Jeff Liu is recognized as an outstanding student who has excelled academically and in extracurricular activities, deserving special recognition for this significant accomplishment.
