Commends Brookwood High School for placing first in the 2011 State Personal Finance Challenge sponsored by the Alabama Council on Economic Education.

Recognizes the winning team of four students—Jennifer Harbin, Katie Shirley, Tyler Williams, and Kyle Williams—from Jackie Emplaincourt's accounting class who will represent Alabama at the National Personal Finance Challenge in St. Louis, Missouri.

Notes that more than 300 high school students from across Alabama competed in the challenge, and all four teams from Ms. Emplaincourt's accounting principles class finished in the top ten statewide.

Acknowledges Wells Fargo Advisors' $1,500 travel stipend and hotel accommodations provided for the first-place students to participate in the national competition.

Directs the House of Representatives to extend highest commendation to Brookwood High School and provide a copy of the resolution for appropriate display.
