Commends the Geneva High School Lady Panthers Softball Team for finishing as runner-up in the Class 3A State Softball Championship on May 21, 2011 at Lagoon Park in Montgomery.

Team posted a final record of 28-16 while winning the Spring Fling Tournament and the Class 3A South Regional Championship.

Recognizes coaches Daniel Hart and Keith Brinley and 13 named team members for their outstanding hitting, pitching, and defensive performance throughout the season.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to each coach and team member with congratulations and best wishes for future success.
