Extends payments into the Forever Wild Land Trust for 20 years beginning with fiscal year 2012-2013, authorized under Section 13 of Amendment 543 of the Alabama Constitution

Continues funding for the Forever Wild land acquisition program, which was set to expire at the end of fiscal year 2011-2012 without legislative extension

Directs that revenues specified in Section 7 of Amendment 543 continue to be paid into the Forever Wild Land Trust for each succeeding fiscal year over the 20-year extension period

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor
