Alters and extends the corporate limits of the municipality of Lake View in Tuscaloosa County to annex a parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 20 South, Range 5 West.

Legislature finds the annexation is expedient and necessary to facilitate Lake View in providing services to its municipal complex while preserving the municipality's right to conduct future annexations.

Annexed territory becomes subject to all laws and ordinances of Lake View, with the mayor and council exercising exclusive jurisdiction over the annexed area.

A map showing the proposed annexed territory is on file in the Tuscaloosa County Judge of Probate's office and is open to public inspection.

Act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
