• Adopts and incorporates 2010 Cumulative Supplements to local law volumes (22B, 22C, 22D, and 22E) containing laws pertaining to various counties.

• Specifies this adoption constitutes continuous systematic codification of the entire Code of Alabama 1975 and qualifies as a law adopting a code under Alabama Constitution Sections 45 and 85.

• Confirms West Group as Code Publisher has certified it discharged duties to edit and publish replacement volumes, making only nonsubstantive changes such as reference number corrections and typographical fixes.

• Requires Secretary of State to file and maintain custody of authenticated supplements and replacement volumes, with authority to certify copies upon request for applicable fees; act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval.
