Amends Section 41-9-870 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to modify the Alabama Peace Officers' Hall of Fame Board composition and operations.

Changes chair selection from annual to every two years, with the board electing one member to serve as chair.

Requires board membership to be inclusive and reflect racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural, and economic diversity of the state.

Mandates the board submit an annual report to the Legislature by the second legislative day of each regular session detailing compliance with diversity provisions.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
