Proposes a constitutional amendment to increase the mandatory retirement age for University of Alabama Board of Trustees members from 70 years to 75 years.

Amends Section 264 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, modifying the language so trustees must vacate office at the annual board meeting following their seventy-fifth birthday rather than seventieth birthday.

Amendment becomes valid upon approval by a majority of qualified electors voting in accordance with Sections 284, 285, and 287 of the Alabama Constitution.

Election officials shall place the amendment on the ballot with a description stating it increases the age limit for University of Alabama Board of Trustees members from 70 to 75 years of age, with Yes/No voting options.
