Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Piedmont in Calhoun County to annex 2.47 acres of additional territory.

The annexed territory is defined by specific surveyed boundaries beginning at Calhoun County Road #33, extending along U.S. Highway #278, and following the center of Terrapin Creek.

A map showing the proposed annexed territory is filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Calhoun County and is open for public inspection in accordance with Section 11-42-6(b) of the Code of Alabama 1975.

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
