• Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Thomasville in Clarke County, Alabama to annex six parcels of land.

• Parcel 1 and 2 consist of 1,400-foot-wide strips of land adjacent to U.S. Highway No. 5, extending from Section 11 to Section 33 in Clarke County.

• Parcels 3, 4, 5, and 6 contain multiple tracts of land ranging from approximately 4 to 65.5 acres, located in Sections 5, 6, and 32 of Clarke County.

• A map showing the annexed territory is filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Clarke County and is open to public inspection per Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

• The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
