Requires hotels cited as nuisances, massage parlors with violations, airports, train/bus stations, and businesses providing striptease or topless entertainment to post the National Human Trafficking Resource Center Hotline (1-888-373-7888) on a poster at least 8 1/2 by 11 inches at their entrance.

Exempts theaters, concert halls, art centers, museums, and similar establishments devoted primarily to arts or theatrical performances when expressing serious literary, artistic, scientific, or political value.

Mandates the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, Public Service Commission, and Department of Industrial Relations post the poster on their websites in English, Spanish, and other languages deemed appropriate by the Director of Industrial Relations.

Establishes penalties including a fine of up to $500 for first violation, up to $1,000 for second violation, and up to $2,000 for third violation.

Takes effect January 1, 2012, following passage and approval by the Governor.
