• Proposes a constitutional amendment to extend payments to the Forever Wild Land Trust for a 20-year period from fiscal year 2012-2013 through fiscal year 2031-2032.

• Amends Section 7 of Amendment 543 of the Alabama Constitution to continue moneys paid to the Forever Wild Land Trust beyond the original authorization period.

• Election on the proposed amendment shall be held at the next statewide election in accordance with Alabama Constitution Sections 284 and 285 and state election laws.

• Ballot shall include the description: "Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, relating to the Forever Wild Land Trust, to extend payments made to the Land Trust for a 20-year period" with Yes/No voting options.
