• Establishes a replacement license fee for stolen, lost, or misplaced assisted living administrator licensing cards, which the board may establish through rule-making authority.

• Requires applicants for assisted living administrator licensure to pay an annual administrative fee as determined by the board.

• Requires persons with expired licenses to follow all procedures for new licensure and pay a reapplication fee established by the board.

• Allows the board to discipline assisted living administrators who enter pleas of nolo contendere, guilty, or no contest in cases involving lewd or lascivious acts against children or adults, inappropriate sexual conduct, or other crimes with potential imprisonment exceeding one year.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
