Recognizes the Alabama State Bar for providing mediation services, legal counseling, and research to the Legislature as part of its public service commitment.

Commends Alyce Manley Spruell, the first female President of the Alabama State Bar, a University of Alabama School of Law graduate who practices law at Spruell & Powell in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Commends James R. Pratt, President-elect of the Alabama State Bar from Birmingham, Alabama, for his mediation services and dedication in bringing people together during legislative matters.

Directs that the Legislature hereby recognizes all three entities for their outstanding service and invaluable contributions during the legislative session.
