• Commends the Honorable William E. Kimbrough, District Judge of Clarke County, for his distinguished service to the State of Alabama.

• Recognizes Judge Kimbrough's appointment to the position of District Judge on May 10, 1995, and his service of more than 15 years with exceptional competence and diligence.

• Notes Judge Kimbrough's significant contributions to the Clarke County Children's Policy Council and the Children's Advocacy Center in addition to his judicial duties.

• Extends highest commendation to Judge Kimbrough in recognition and appreciation of his 15 years of service, with a copy of the resolution provided as evidence of the esteem in which he is held.

• Adopted by the Senate on March 24, 2011, and by the House of Representatives on March 29, 2011.
