• Names the bridge on United States Highway 82 West at mile marker 92 in Bullock County the W.H. "Billy" Austin Bridge.

• Authorizes proper officials to place and maintain markers designating the W.H. "Billy" Austin Bridge.

• Honors W.H. "Billy" Austin, a Union Springs resident who was a member of the 1957 Auburn University National Championship Team and past president of the Auburn Football Lettermen's Club.
