Identifies the deceased as Onnie Willard Hollon, Jr. (age 69), Steven Hollon (age 41), and Cheryl Hollon Mitchell (age 38), who were in side-by-side mobile homes when the storm struck.

Notes that Onnie Hollon's wife was hospitalized with severe injuries and that Boone's Chapel Baptist Church and several homes in the area were destroyed or heavily damaged.

Commends the congregation and community residents for demonstrating extraordinary faithfulness and courage in their process of healing and rebuilding following the tragedy.
