SB178 (Senator Marsh): Prohibits transfer fee obligations on real property deeds and other instruments, adds enforcement procedures and provisions for prior transfer fee obligations.

HB62 (Representative Jones): Establishes Ethics Commission annual appropriation as a percentage of General Fund Appropriations Act, allowing reductions only by approval of both House and Senate.
