Establishes a special order calendar for the Twenty-third Legislative Day that takes precedence over all other business matters until disposed of.

Designates SB369 as the special, paramount, and continuing order of business on page 120 of the calendar.

SB369 addresses the Forever Wild Trust Fund, directing investment income to be deposited into the General Fund when proration is declared.

Includes termination date provisions for the Forever Wild Trust Fund and requires a vote of electors to reinstate the fund.

Proposes Amendment 543 to Section 219.07 of the Recompiled Constitution of Alabama of 1901.
