SB310 (Senator Pittman): Revises procedures regarding education employee employment actions, repeals the Teacher Tenure Law and Fair Dismissal Act, enacts the Students First Act, and repeals Sections 16-24B-7, 16-24-1 to 16-24-22, and 36-26-100 to 36-26-116.

SB243 (Senator Sanders): Establishes the Definition of Moral Turpitude Act and provides that certain crimes disqualify citizens from voting by adding Section 17-3-30.1.

SB320 (Senator Holley): Licenses and regulates real estate appraisal management companies under the Real Estate Appraisers Board, renames the Real Estate Appraisers Act to the Alabama Real Estate Appraisers and Appraisal Management Company Registration Act, and adds Sections 34-27A-50 to 34-27A-63 while amending Sections 34-27A-1 and 34-27A-2.
