Establishes a $20 fee for pistol permits in Dale County, collected by the sheriff or designated agent, with a reduced fee of $10 for applicants aged 65 or older.

Requires all collected fees to be deposited into a Sheriff's Law Enforcement Fund at a bank in Dale County selected by the sheriff.

Authorizes the Sheriff of Dale County to use funds exclusively for law enforcement purposes and discharge of sheriff duties as determined by the sheriff.

Specifies that the Law Enforcement Fund does not replace or diminish any other reimbursements or income sources for the sheriff's office.

Repeals Act 85-608 from the 1985 Regular Session relating to pistol permit fees and becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
