Amends Alabama Code Section 13A-11-17 to increase the prohibited protest distance from 500 feet to 1,000 feet from the entrance of a funeral or memorial service facility.

Expands the definition of prohibited conduct during the 60-minute period before, during, or after a funeral or memorial service to include protests involving singing, chanting, whistling, yelling, or honking motor vehicle horns within 1,000 feet.

Maintains existing prohibitions against blocking access to facilities or impeding funeral procession vehicles, with "facility" defined as a funeral home, church, or cemetery.

Establishes penalties of a Class A misdemeanor for the first conviction and a Class C felony for each subsequent conviction.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
