Proposes a constitutional amendment to allow the Judge of Probate of Autauga County to exercise equity jurisdiction concurrent with circuit courts in cases originally filed in Autauga County Probate Court.

Equity jurisdiction authority is conditional upon the judge of probate being licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama.

Cases under this amendment shall be treated in all respects the same as cases filed in circuit court, with the probate judge possessing the power and authority of a circuit court judge.

Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure shall apply to cases except as otherwise specifically provided by law; the amendment is self-executing but allows the Legislature to enact additional implementing laws.

Election on the proposed amendment shall be held in accordance with Amendment 555 to the Alabama Constitution and state election laws.
