• Applies only to Wilcox County and establishes an additional $12 fee assessed as court costs on each civil case, criminal case, traffic case, and small claims case filed in circuit court or district court.

• The $12 fee cannot be waived unless all other fees, assessments, costs, fines, and charges associated with the case are also waived.

• All collected fees shall be deposited into the Circuit Clerk's Special Account by the clerk, clerk's agents, or court collection officers.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or when otherwise becoming law.
