Proposes a constitutional amendment to Section 46 of the Alabama Constitution to limit state legislators to a maximum of three consecutive terms of office, effective after the November 2014 general election.

Term limit applies equally to service in either the Alabama House of Representatives or Senate, with terms counted as full consecutive terms.

Service filling an unexpired term caused by a vacancy is excluded from the consecutive term limitation.

Constitutional amendment requires approval by a majority of qualified electors voting in a statewide election conducted in accordance with Sections 284 and 285 of the Alabama Constitution.

Ballot description directs voters to choose "Yes" or "No" on the proposed amendment limiting legislative terms to three consecutive terms commencing on or after November 2014.
