Amends Act 2010-590 to increase drug enforcement fees assessed in all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in Pickens County courts (juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts).

Sets drug enforcement fees at $27 for non-drug cases, $82 for misdemeanor drug cases, and $107 for felony drug cases, collected and distributed monthly.

Allocates $5 of each fee to the court clerk as an administrative fee, $10 from municipal courts to the municipality's police chief for law enforcement purposes, and $10 from district or circuit courts to the Pickens County Sheriff's Law Enforcement Fund.

Directs remainder of fees to the Drug Enforcement Fund established by the district attorney.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
