• Limits liability of agritourism professionals for injuries or deaths resulting from inherent risks of agritourism activities, including land conditions, animal behavior, and ordinary equipment dangers.

• Agritourism professionals retain liability for injuries caused by actual knowledge of non-obvious dangerous conditions, improper employee training, intentional injury, or failure to vaccinate or quarantine sick animals.

• Requires agritourism professionals to post a warning notice in black letters at least one inch high at the main entrance or payment location, informing participants of liability limitations.

• Defines agritourism activities as farming, ranching, self-pick farms, farmers' markets, and animal exhibitions/competitions at agricultural fairs and youth livestock shows.

• Effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
