Defines "recreational park trailer" as a transportable unit with body width not exceeding 14 feet, built on a single chassis, designed for seasonal or temporary living quarters, with maximum total area of 400 square feet when constructed to ANSI A-119.5 standards.

Requires all recreational park trailers manufactured for sale in Alabama to be constructed in compliance with American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A-119.5 standards for park trailers.

Allows manufacturers to satisfy compliance requirements by submitting to independent third-party plant inspections to assure adherence to ANSI A-119.5 standards.

Recognizes manufacturers eligible to bear the seal of the Recreational Park Trailer Industry Association certifying ANSI A-119.5 compliance as meeting requirements; any other third-party inspection program must be approved by the State Fire Marshal.

Specifies that recreational park trailers meeting these requirements are not classified as mobile homes and are not subject to regulation by the Manufactured Housing Commission.
