Requires all establishments with liquor or alcoholic beverage licenses (without food/beverage permits), hotels cited as nuisances, massage parlors with violations, airports, train stations, bus stations, and adult entertainment venues to post the National Human Trafficking Resource Center Hotline (1-888-373-7888) on a poster at least 8 1/2 by 11 inches at a conspicuous public location.

Poster must include the hotline number, information that victims are protected under U.S. law, and details that the hotline is available 24/7, operated by a nonprofit, anonymous, confidential, accessible in 170 languages, and provides help and referrals.

Posters must be made available on the websites of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, Public Service Commission, and Department of Industrial Relations in English, Spanish, and other languages deemed appropriate.

Establishments must post signs in English, Spanish, and other appropriate languages determined by the Director of Industrial Relations.

Violations subject to a fine not exceeding $50 per violation, with each day of noncompliance constituting a separate violation; effective January 1, 2012.
