• Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Lincoln in Talladega County, Alabama.

• Annexes two parcels of land to the city: one located near Interstate 20 in Section 6, Township 17 South, Range 6 East, and another in Section 4, Township 17 South, Range 5 East.

• Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed with the Judge of Probate in Talladega County and made available for public inspection, in accordance with Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).
