• Amends Section 8-21A-2 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to expand definitions under the Tractor, Lawn and Garden and Light Industrial Equipment Franchise Act.

• Adds off-road motor cycles, all-terrain vehicles (ATV), and utility-terrain vehicles (UTV) to the list of equipment covered in definitions for dealer contracts, equipment, inventory, and suppliers.

• Expands the definition of "Equipment Dealer" to explicitly include lawn and garden dealers and light industrial dealers not primarily engaged in farm equipment business, while excluding heavy duty industrial equipment dealers and auctioneers.

• Modifies the definition of "Written Notice" to include notice by electronic mail or equivalent means in addition to delivered written notice.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
