Alters and rearranges the boundary lines and corporate limits of the municipality of Perdido Beach in Baldwin County.

Removes all property lying west of the eastern boundary of Palmetto Creek from the municipality's corporate limits.

Requires a map showing the proposed territory removal to be filed and available for public inspection in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
