Amends Act 2009-347 regarding solicitor's fee distribution in Macon County for juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in all county courts.

Distributes $3 of each case fee to the Macon County Circuit Clerk for office operations.

Distributes $3 of each fee from Notasulga Municipal Court cases to the Town of Notasulga for training and continuing education expenses for the municipal court clerk and magistrate.

Directs remainder of fees to the Solicitor's Fund or District Attorney's Fund in Macon County, with all funds expended within the county.

Sets the solicitor's fee amount equal to all docket fees or court costs assessed upon adjudication of guilt in criminal cases and distributed to the Fair Trial Tax Fund; becomes effective the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
