• Authorizes ACJIC to perform criminal record checks for employment, licensing, and other noncriminal purposes with fees not exceeding $25 per record, except for county and municipal governments which may contract directly at a maximum of $15 per check.

• Allows county and municipal governments to apply 50% of their expenditures as a credit against fees for other ACJIC services.

• Deposits all fee proceeds into the Criminal Justice Information System Automation Fund for ACJIC operational expenses.
