Assess a solicitor's fee (docket fee) in all civil cases in Wilcox County Circuit and District courts equal to the amount of fees and costs assessed for the Fair Trial Tax Fund.

Distribute collected fees monthly with $5 from each case going to the Wilcox County Circuit Clerk's office and the remainder to the solicitor's fund or district attorney's fund.

Permit the district attorney to expend solicitor's fees for any law enforcement expenses and legitimate law enforcement purposes.

Allow the Circuit Clerk of Wilcox County to expend the $5 portion earmarked for their office for any lawful purpose at the clerk's request.

The act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
