• Extends the corporate limits of the City of Sheffield in Colbert County to annex approximately 39.24 acres of property related to the old Norfolk Southern Railroad Company bridge over the Tennessee River.

• The annexed property is divided into three parcels: Parcel 1 (7.28 acres in Lauderdale County), Parcel 2 (0.60 acres in Colbert County), and Parcel 3 (31.36 acres in Colbert County).

• Includes the remainder of the Norfolk Southern Railroad bridge located on the property, which was previously donated to the Old Railroad Bridge Company Inc. by deed dated February 9, 1993.

• Requires an annexation map to be filed in the offices of the Judges of Probate in both Colbert County and Lauderdale County for public inspection.
