• Distributes collected fees monthly: $1 per case to the Cleburne County Office of the Circuit Clerk and $4 per case to the Cleburne County Sheriff's Office.

• Fee applies to cases where defendants are adjudged guilty, bonds are forfeited, penalties are imposed, or arrest warrants are issued; fee is in addition to all other fees and costs.

• Sheriff's portion funds the Calhoun/Cleburne Drug and Violent Crime Task Force law enforcement expenses; if task force is dissolved, funds remain with sheriff's department for general operations.
