Alters and rearranges the boundary lines and corporate limits of the municipality of Tuskegee in Macon County, Alabama to remove specified territory from city limits.

Removes a defined area bounded by the Southeast Corner of Section 5, T-17-N, R-23-E and traced through multiple survey points including sections 5, 6, 7, and 12, portions of Alabama Highway No. 199, and Bulger Creek.

Requires a map showing the proposed territory removal to be filed and available for public inspection in the office of the Judge of Probate in Macon County, Alabama, per Section 11-42-6 of the Code of Alabama 1975.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
