Urges Alabama's Congressional Delegation to support the National Women's History Museum (NWHM) in establishing a permanent location near the National Mall in Washington, D.C.

Notes that Congress designated March as "Women's History Month" in 1987, yet women's achievements remain underrepresented in museums and memorials despite comprising 51 percent of the nation's population.

References pending federal legislation authorizing the NWHM to purchase federally owned property near the National Mall at fair market value using only privately raised funds with no federal funding requested.

Highlights that the NWHM, founded in 1996 as a non-partisan, non-profit educational institution, is supported by a coalition of 43 women's organizations representing 8 million women, including the National Foundation for Women Legislators.
