Honors Neal Terrell, a Sand Mountain business and community leader who died in November 2011, for his posthumous recognition as Albertville Citizen of the Year.

Recognizes Terrell as the first person ever named Citizen of the Year posthumously by the Albertville Chamber of Commerce, announced at the 57th Annual Membership Banquet on January 28, 2012.

Commends Terrell's extensive community contributions, including his generous donation of time, energy, expertise, and resources to numerous organizations and worthy causes.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be conveyed to Terrell's family as recognition of his outstanding life of achievement and service.

Adopted by the House on February 23, 2012 and by the Senate on February 28, 2012.
