• Continues the Statewide Trauma System Funding Committee until 2014, with the committee to be dissolved after reporting final findings to the Legislature by the 10th legislative day of the 2014 Regular Session.

• Committee maintains its composition as established in Act 2010-200 and shall study revenue measures to support the continuance and expansion of Alabama's Statewide Trauma System.

• Legislative members serving on the committee receive regular legislative compensation, per diem, and travel expenses for each meeting day, paid from appropriated legislative funds upon chair requisition.

• Members cannot receive additional compensation or per diem when the Legislature is in session or when receiving payments for other state business on the same dates.

• Total committee expenditures are capped at $1,000 from the resolution's effective date until the committee dissolves in 2014.
