Commends Charlotte Dutton, an exemplary citizen of Lake Guntersville, for receiving the 2011 Lake Guntersville Chamber of Commerce Chairman's Cup.

Recognizes her significant contributions as an active member and chair of the Lake Guntersville Chamber of Commerce, co-chair of the chamber's largest fundraiser, and board member of organizations including the American Red Cross, Whole Backstage Theatre, Guntersville Rec Center, and BancorpSouth.

Acknowledges her philanthropic work including donations of thousands of Big Mac Meals to student athletes with her husband Ron, mentoring youth, and supporting local schools, parks, recreation, churches, and community events since opening the first McDonald's in Guntersville in 1979.

Highlights numerous awards bestowed upon her including McDonald's Shining Star Award, Alabama Community Education Association's Benefactor of the Year Award, Ronald McDonald Award (received twice), Chamber of Commerce Eagle Award of Excellence, National Top 100 Restaurant award, and Sam Walton Business Leader Award.
