Extends the Alabama Waterfront Access Study Committee, previously created in 2008 and extended in 2010 and 2011, through the tenth legislative day of the 2013 Regular Session.

Limits total committee expenditures to $1,000 after the effective date of this act until dissolution.

Requires that any travel expenditures by House members on the committee receive approval from the Speaker of the House.

Mandates the committee submit a report to the Legislature by the tenth legislative day of the 2013 Regular Session.

Committee stands dissolved and discharged of all duties and liabilities upon submission of the report.
